On these pages there is a collection of the most frequently asked questions around the general order, shipping and return processes.

If your specific problem cannot be found it might be a product specific - which can be found at the product faq. You can also raise a question directly to our support staff.

How do I place an order?

Use the main shop menu to choose the category and then the product you wish to purchase. Some of the products are available in different colors - just select the color you want. Then please hit the add to cart button.

In the cart you will see an overview of the products you have selected. With the quantity selection you can adjust how many items you want, with the update amount you trigger a new calculation. The button deletes an item completely from the cart. In case you want to order additional products or the same in a different color you go back to the categories and redo.

Once you are satisfied with the content of the cart please accept the terms and use the check out button to proceed.

After entering the invoice and shipment address you must choose the payment- and shipment type. After confirming the data entered you will be forwarded to the actual payment pages to finish the order.

Do you accept international orders?

We do accept international orders for a few countries. The countries and respective costs can be found on the term pages.
